My recent stay at Hostal Emporda far exceeded my high expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and immediately felt at ease in this charming establishment located conveniently above a local restaurant and pub. The modern amenities in the bathroom, including a new shower and sink, showcased the owner's dedication to updating the rooms, although the unwelcoming smell was a slight drawback. Despite this, the room, equipped with both air conditioning and a fan, provided respite from the summer heat, ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The bar below added to the experience, serving delectable breakfast and even preparing delicious sandwiches for takeaway. The impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning further enhanced my stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience in the heart of this quiet, picturesque town. I highly recommend Hostal Emporda to any traveler seeking a delightful blend of modern comforts and traditional charm.
